SOC: Argentina and Iraq win Olympic FIFA fairplay award

Argentina and Iraq have jointly won the Olympic FIFA Fairplay award which rewards loyalty
and good conduct on and off the pitch.

The teams succeed Brazil who won the trophy at the 2000 Sydney Olympics.

FIFA says Argentina, apart from the fairplay award and their gold medal, have achieved
something very special to become the first team to win an event at world level without
conceding a goal.

Argentina beat Paraguay 1-0 on Saturday in the Athens final.
