EX-CUOMO AIDE LOSES JOB WITH LAZARD FRERES.(CAPITAL REGION)

Michael Del Giudice, a former top aide to Gov. Mario M. Cuomo, has been replaced in his job at a Manhattan investment banking firm at a time when the company is being probed by federal and state investigators.

Del Giudice, who joined Lazard Freres & Co. in 1985 after serving as Cuomo's chief of staff, did not return phone calls for comment.
