SA: Bank SA survey shows impact of the GST

Bank SA says the GST appears to have drained confidence from South Australian business
with a new survey showing a negative outlook for employment.

In the bank's quarterly survey of the state economy, only 20 per cent of local businesses
say they're likely to take on new employees over the next three months.

That's down from 31 per cent in the previous survey.
